smoking and selling

so I was filling up the old car with petrol on a particularly cold evening and noticed a grocery truck filling up while the driver sat warm in the cab. You know the drill, a well-wedged gas cap enables this potential hazard. The issue becomes a thing known as static electricity. When the driver leaves the cab it builds up again and then....boom.

So at the end of my fillup I noticed the gas station attendant come out and yell at the driver of the truck....rightfully so. Then I notice something shocking. The attendant is standing there smoking a cigarette.....i dont need to tell you why this is bad.

Also, was watching a show about people selling their home. It constantly amazes me how they pay agents so much money and refuse to follow their advice....that drives me nuts.
