The day after my finals I flew to Texas for Drew's wedding.

Brett is so good with Lily. It's adorable! I must say the last time I saw Brett, I didn't have the best impression of him at all, but he completely changed my mind.

The morning after the wedding Drew and Brett flew off to Hawaii for their honeymoon! And I flew to North Carolina for our road trip.
I'm really glad that I got to see so many new states, but this trip was pretty boring. Mostly because Angie's parents surprised her with a new car and she didn't really let me drive it, which was annoying because Marisa and I were there to help her DRIVE her car back to California. Well, she did let me drive on the "open road" i.e. in the desert because there weren't any other cars around. Don't get me wrong. I did have a lot of fun, but that was just ridiculous.

Arizona and New Mexico were definitely my favorite states. California was very disappointing. Probably because we drove into LA. That is the dirtiest town ever. And I'm not just talking about the trashy parts. I don't know why any sane person would want to live there.
So we finally made it back to Santa Cruz and I started boring summer school. But I did go to the beach. I missed it.
