Things have been just utterly mad in New London.
First, there were the random insane people wandering around Kensington, and all the buildings and monuments crumbling, and all the people shooting off fireworks, and this stream of servants just pouring out of town like rats fleeing from a ship and now it's

Weirdly calm? But still really tense?
All these businesses are shuttered, some of the markets are still open if you go at the right times, but there are queues a mile long with all these really tetchy witches pulling faces because either their servants have run out, or they don't dare bring them out in public, and the news about Hogwarts is just
I mean, it's hard to know what to make of all of it, you know? I'm a bit at loose ends -- Powell's shuttered up altogether and said not to bother showing up for work, I don't even know if I'll be getting a salary next week.
Anyways. I just wanted to see how you were doing with everything.
