"A place so nice, they named it twice...."
I'm in class right now and I'm supposed to be sketching. I don't like this assignment, but I also can't keep my mind on it. Very frustrating when I know I love to draw so much.
I'm getting excited. This time by next week, I'll be in lovely (scary) New York, New York and I'm really looking forward to it. I've never been so that part is scary, but our Graphics Design class is going to four, maybe five, different locations - two of which are design companies - and the other two are just cool. I've made contact with "RoeBoot" of who is going by something else now, but she'll always be Roe to me (just like Jerry, Emi, Sky, Bloo, CC, Zen - the list goes on). I think I'll be spending a good portion of Saturday with her. Not sure what we'll be doing, but I'm sure it's going to be fun/interesting.
I also have money in the bank again. Since apparently I'm "too rich" to receive a bursary, I had to go into my investments again and take money out. Money that I didn't want to have to touch until even after graduation. Oh well. So I guess it's time to buy some things that I've needed very badly for a long time.
