Alston Manor Party October 8th
plenty of time to prepare everyone. saturday october 8th, the official
"Take One For The Team" Party.
explanation of theme:
the party will center around multiple rounds of various drinking games, played simultaneously in different locations throughout the manor. the best part? all games will involve pre-selected teams.
there will be no more than 4 members per team, and no less than 2. each team must create a unique team jersey or uniform for the night. (if you're broke, go to a thrift store, buy a shirt for $2, turn it inside out, and write on it with a sharpee you can borrow from a friend).
we may or may not create an arbitrary, or maybe even relevent point system and have prizes. brainstorming is welcome.
also, drinking game suggestions are welcome, preferably ones that easily involve teams.
games so far:
-circle of death (i will find a way to make this a team game)
-flip cup
-various movie/dvd-related drinking games
AND NOW, FOR THE KICKER, THE NEXT STEP IN ALSTON MANOR DRINKING PARTIES
drum roll
WE WILL HAVE A FULL KEG.
no more BYOB.
HOWEVER. you will not be able to drink from the keg if you do not contribute the very, very reasonable sum of $3 per person. it's less than you'd spend on beer anyway, and you can probably save up enough change between now the 8th (almost two weeks).
BYOB is still ok if you want. we're going to try and get an imported beer if we can afford it, preferably newcastle or stella artois.
IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PRE-PARTY DONATION FOR THE KEG, OF ANY AMOUNT, CONSIDER YOURSELF DRINKING FOR FREE PRETTY MUCH ANYTIME YOU WANT.
