Diet Update

After a few weeks of ups and downs on the diet, I finally had some significant movement in the right direction today: 2.8 lbs! It's amazing to me what taking little steps in portion control and getting more exercise has done for me (well, that and getting treatment for a previously undiagnosed thyroid problem). I hope to hit 20 lbs next week and my 10% in the not-too-distant future.

This week's goal is to get to the gym at least two mornings since I've been a total slacker in that realm since the beginning of April.

To quote Dory, "Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
