Now I'm Cooking with Gas!
I got home after work last night and decided I needed a snack before I went to bed. I did a quick survey of my mostly bare fridge and settled upon a broccoli stir fry mix I had in the freezer.
I though to myself, "You know, this would probably taste a lot better actually stir fried on the stove then nuked in the microwave." Therefore, I broke out my one pan and the olive oil and used my stove. And I didn't blow up my apartment!!
The stove is actually brand new and quite easy to use(self-starting). So bring on the coobooks and the spice rack and the cooking utensils, I am ready to join the ranks of those that cook. :)
