[[Backdated to just after Matoi's post.]]

Right, for those of you who are confused, I'm the Doctor, distinct from the skinny one with a pinstripe fetish. He's the older one, if you're curious.

Something to keep in mind when locking things.

Should I call you junior?

No, you really shouldn't.

Not that I could stop you if you did, but I wouldn't have to answer to it either, now would I?

Best if we skip the whole thing.

And yet, still tempting.

So you're the Doctor. The other Doctor. Karrin Murphy. Considering my luck, we'll probably run into each other at some point, so you should know right now that I know more about you than you're probably comfortable with.

Just. FYI.

Oh, I think I like you.

You still can't call me Junior.

And by this point, I'm wondering if that applies to everyone I meet in this place.

I think I'm flattered.

...I hadn't really considered, coming from your side of things, that

Yeah.

At least most of what I know tends toward your past regenerations. I don't know anything about you past your seventh. ...Which are you, by the way? Eighth or ninth?

You should be. Don't like people in general, me. Love for humanity and all, sure, that's great, but it doesn't mean I have to like them.

And I'd be the ninth. My eighth, he was... Well, if you see someone who hasn't quite left the Edwardian age, full of poetry and wonder, falling in love with everything he sees? Or, alternately, the same person, plus a thousand-yard stare? That's my eighth. Just in case any more of us show up.

Good to see your arrogance stays intact through the years. I'm blessed by your favor. No, really.

For your sake and the Doctor's your Tenth's, I hope no others do. Getting a bunch of you together in a room is only entertaining for your companions.

I'll have you know some people find the arrogance positively charming. One of my better qualities, in fact.

And I'm hoping the same, but if more do, you can be the one to sell tickets. Should be quite the show.

I'd hate to see your worse ones.

I'll use the proceeds to fund your collective funeral.
