I promise, it does get warm and sunny in Las Vegas...

I don't know whether or not I'll ever be able to convince my sister that Las Vegas is indeed a warm and sunny place in which to vacation! I took her and my brother about a year and a half ago to see a Rockapella concert (which was awesome!), and wouldn't you know that there were record lows and rain throughout the entire trip! In fact, I think I saw a few snow flakes! I just got back from another trip to Vegas, this time with my Dad and the same sister, and it was cloudy and extremely windy the whole time. In fact, they had to cancel the Pirate Show at Treasure Island due to high winds! As we were leaving the Strip I turned to the back seat, where my sister was just snuggling in for a nice five and a half hour nap, and promised her that Las Vegas does indeed get good weather. She responded by rolling her eyes into the back of her head as she closed them to try and get some sleep.

I can see how boring it must be for a mormon to be in Las Vegas in bad weather and a low budget. I had a great time! And it was so nice to see my new little pseudo niece. She's darling! Cudos to Will and Mary. Who'd have thought that my best friend would be able to pop out two cute kids in a row!?!

One final word of advice: don't eat the wraps in the mall at Vegas! The food poison caused me to cancel all of my plans for two days!
