an un expected turn
i get home at 6:30 am from work and find an instant message for my ex (still close friends) that a friend/graduate with us died yesterday. That is the last thing you want to see when you come home from work and are ready to go to bed. Let me tell you a little about shane resmer. Shane was no ordinary kid. He had cancer. Thats not what made shane an un ordinary kid. Shane always seemed to look up at things no matter how things were. I know in Jr. High after he came back from treatment of cancer. I saw him in the halls and there he was with a great big smile on his face just glad to be with his friends. Now if that was me i dont think thats how i would see things. no this is no lie but from what i can remember i dont think shane ever had anything but a smile on his face. I look on the type of person he was and just cant imagine what the world would be like with half the personality and perseverance he had. well i'm going to bed or lay there thinking. talk to you later. ryan
