One box of Bascom's Imported Large Pearl Tapioca
Water
Lyle's Golden Syrup
Milk
Large straws
Cook the tapioca in a very large pot- dutch oven size or stock pot size. Cook it even longer than the package directions, because apparently from my research on the interwebs, bubble tea tapioca is supposed to be clear in the middle.
When done cooking, stir into the tapioca golden syrup thinned with water. Cool in the refrigerator.
Fill a glass 1/3 full with the tapioca, then fill the rest of the way with milk. Drink with a large straw.
