AAHHHH!!! I DID IT!
At 11:49 on November 30, 2005,
a certain author by the name of Tree realized that she had reached the
50,000th word of a novel currently titled Blue Suede Shoes (or, How I Spent My December Pretending to be a Novelist). This word happened to be "only." At 11:55, her manuscript was uploaded and winnership confirmed.
Proof of such winnership will be shown later, as since it is now no longer November, I got promptly booted off my computer account. Laptops are lovely, even though they do not have my winner pictures on them.
