Not Splocce, not Blocce, not Crocce... Do you speak Bocce?

Why does everyone from New York always want to go to Santa Fe?  What's so special about it?
Yes, that means I did see RENT.  It was awesome.  I want to listen to the music I have saved on my RealPlayer, but I don't think my dad would like it, so I won't...

After we saw RENT, we went shopping for Stella's present.  We ended up getting her a fuzzy sweatshirt, a shiny belt, a Harry Potter calendar, and a beta fish named Jensen.  That was amusing, because we had to check if she still had a fish or not, but we didn't want her to know what we were getting, so when I called I made it sound like I was buying her a mouse.  She completely freaked out, especially when I told her that I was trying to gift wrap it but it kept moving.  Then I had to talk to her mom and explain that it really was a fish, not a mouse...

The party was fun.  We watched a Chinese movie that Stella's uncle was in and ate dinner and took pictures pretending to drink vodka out of a bottle.  Then we went to see Harry Potter, but it got messed up a little at the beginning, so they gave us free tickets when we left!  I'm still really sad that I haven't seen a Narnia trailer in theaters yet...

Emma Watson's eyebrows like to move.  A lot.

I always thought Beauxbatons and Durmstrang were co-ed, like Hogwarts...

I think Fred and George are my new favorite characters... after young!Sirius, of course.  And am I the only person that thinks Hermione would make a cute couple with one of the twins?

Harry is really short compared to all the other boys in the movie.  His eyes also twitch a lot.

I have figured out why all the Hogwarts students are fit... they have to walk such long distances to get anywhere!  Just look at the distance between the castle and the owlery and the Quidditch field...

After the movie was over, we stood around and talked for a long time while waiting for Stella's parents to come pick us up.  It was fun, even though it was cold.  Then we went back and ate cake and opened presents and played the Harry Potter version of Scene It? and it was fun.  Everyone made fun of me because I knew all this random stuff that no one else knew.  We finished the Chinese movie and watched Conan O'Brien and after that, pretty much everyone was asleep except for Puck, Jenna, and me, so we decided to watch Three Musketeers.  I knew Jenna would like D'Artagnan.  Aramis makes me happy.  XD

And that's yesterday.

Now I just have to do homework and write 5,000 words in my novel on three hours of sleep.  I think I need to get out the caffeinated tea again.

birthdays, harry potter, parties, rent
