After an uneventful wedding night I have decided to start a journal. I suppose I decided to do this so I can reflect on the past or maybe just I just like the idea of people viewing into my life. Maybe I like the idea of being watched. Yeah, so what are you going to do about it.
The wedding was exactly what I wanted in a wedding. Not too many people there to stare at my butt, casual enough were people attending could wear jeans, and tacky enough were I could wear Converse. Ya know, your typical wedding. Brian, however, wants something "pretty" so we will be doing a vow renewal sometime in the future so we can be "pretty" and people want stare at my butt.
As I said before, the wedding night was uneventful. I will have you know that happens to a lot of newlyweds and I have been assured it's absolutely normal. I was just so exhausted from the lack of sleep the night before the wedding and the alcohol I just passes out. Vegas has many benefits to couples, but the exhaustion level is so high that you might not be having the wild sex that we have heard about. Maybe next time when I manage my time better.
The first day as a married couple we spent drunk, riding roller coaster, winning money, and suck in a van with two other couples. I think the entire time I was in Vegas I drank four of those 48oz mixed drinks. Fun times. The roller coasters were fun as always. Especially after consuming one of those said 48oz mixed drinks. I can never complain about winning money. And the couples we were with are some of our closest friends that sponsored our wedding hotel.
First day as a married couple - Check. A life time to go.
