cast be gone
No more hard cast as of a week and some days ago. I was upgraded to a walking removable boot. Two weeks and a few days, I have another appointment. X-Ray. Perhaps no more boot. I can walk without the crutches, still doesn't feel well without padding on my foot. My foot is still swollen a bit, and the skin feels rough. I need to sand off all the dead skin. It was entertaining peeling off all the dead skin initially, it came off in layers. Mmmm... I hope to ride my motorcycle sooner then later, I was tempted today. I can't help but wonder if I might give people the wrong impression, riding a bike in a full leathers with a walking boot strapped to my back. On a related note; I need to get out more. Since late September I've hardly been out. Change is good. Break the cycle. Stability is under rated. Expect the unexpected. Raise your expectations. Live for today. Strive for tomorrow. Today.
