Liane Balaban (Anna) has been making guest appearances on Supernatural this season. Her character on Supernatural is Amelia. She only appears when there's flashback to what Sam was doing while Dean was away.

And tonight's episode, Kathleen Munroe (Danielle) made an appearance on the show.
