Update
Hi all!!! Hope everyone's fall is going well. Today it snowed, which means Christmas is just around the corner, which means, I am almost done with chemo!!! Right now I only have 4 treatments left. It seems like there aren't that many, but for some reason, it feels like forever. I think once Thanksgiving comes and goes, it will go a little faster. Unfortunately I don't get to see Dave until New Years. Oh well, now I have something to look forward to.
I get to see my brother on Thursday. He flies in from North Carolina where he is doing his F15-E training. The day after Thanksgiving there will be an engagement. Not me, but him. It kind of sucks to sit back and watch everyone else's lives go forward, and I am just stuck in the same place. Being sick is a huge life changer. All of those plans I had have gone down the toilet. I guess I just have to keep sitting back and watching.
Cat/Griz weekend is coming up and I am so excited to see all of my friends who will be back for it. I know that it will be a shock for those who I haven't seen, to see me without hair. But, it will still be fun to cheer on the Cats. Luckily, I did get tickets. My mom used her "connections" to find some. We joked that it was my "make a wish." I guess it worked.
Anyways, everything is fine here. I get more tired as the treatments go on. I just know that I will have one heck of a party after all this is done. And the whole state of Montana is invited!!!
