Our holly jolly Tennenbaum
We finally got our bohemoth tree(s) up...
I am not about being fancy or going with a theme (except maybe a red/white/green color theme)--- I just want my kids to remember having fun decorating it and picking out their favorites to hang. I give them a new one every Christmas Eve--pretty soon we will run out of space, even with two trees, but for now, they are still enjoying the process. I am all about comfort and tradition. :)
Oreo staking her spot. Every cat I've ever had likes to hang out under the tree. And Abby hanging the very first ornament. Woot!
Camille by the kids' tree and all three by the bigger "family" tree.
Some of my favorite ornaments: Santa in the tub from when I worked at Bath and Body Works, a maple leaf from my trip to Canada with the "girls" a couple years ago, and our alma mater in snowy ornamental form. Go Utes!!
An ornament from Alex's first Christmas (it lights up and plays a lullaby) and the two girls' first Christmases.
Even our pets have their own ornaments. Plus a fish I got in Hawaii a couple of years ago. I think it's the fish with like 35 letters in it's name. Kristin would know. :)
This is one I got the first year we were married. You Utahrns will remember the store, "Weinstocks"...I got a bunch of ornaments there when they went out of business. I had 6 of these, now there are only two left.
