If Harry's invisibility cloak is so "perfect and infallible" then why could Mad-Eye and Dumbledore see through it?
Where was Fudge? I hope he and Umbridge got that horrible curse that turns you inside-out or the likes.
I agree with the going opinion that Ginny was totally and fully prepared to give Harry more than just a going away kiss (she should have cornered him in the attic with the ghoul in pj's watching if that's what it would have taken) and was so pissed that overbearing older brother Ron barged in and broke things up. I hated how everyone babies Ginny in this book. Harry should have at least given her a good-bye kiss on his way to his death. Y/N?
And after reading the blog of
madlori I realized Harry only destroyed one of the Horcruxes himself. Interesting. This whole series is truly about the bonds of family and friends and how they save our lives.
ETA: More thoughts: pound for pound, I am more afraid of Fenrir Greyback than Voldemort, I think. He's horrifying.
I just thought of something else big while I was showering now I forgot. Damn.
ETA2: I remembered: if Harry was the only one that could open that snitch with his 'kiss', then how could DD put the ring in there?
I also wish we would have gotten more answers about the veil and seen more of the Dept. of Mysteries in general. But I'm sure that was her intent, to leave those aspects of the story unsolved and undelved into.
I'm sure I'll keep thinking of things esp. as I re-read certain parts and peruse other people's brilliant blogs.
