The end is near....
So we now have a release date for Book 7. Am I a little ridiculous for already being depressed that we know when the end of Harry--one way or another--will be?
I started out ready Harry and wanting to nurture and comfort him, to be his surrogate mother. And seeing like Danny R in the movies made me feel the same way. And by the end of the seventh book (sob!) maybe I'll see Harry in an entirely new way. I also know by the time Dan makes the seventh movie he is going to look like, well, hell, how could he look any better or grown up? I'm already "viewing" Harry in a whole new light. I'm wrong and 2903840298 times his age. But it is what it is. And his own damn fault for publishing photos like that!
I could write volumes about how I feel about Harry, and why, and most of us diehard fans could. But I'll shut up and just consider a little what life will be like on 7-22-07. ;__;
And then be happy we have a date for the final HP book. That day will be better than all the last 20 Christmases combined.
