In which the Fruitbat gets his life organised

So here I am, nearly two weeks into my new flat and I decide to reviewmy life since coming to the UK... and in general.

1/ Mistakes - I've made a few. Oh boy have I made a few. But... I would like to think that I have learned from them. Councelling helped immensely to unravel some of the tangled knots there. I'm aware that there is still more time to spend, but moving kinda cut short those sessions. In the UK - when you move, you have to change your doctor and other health professionals. :P oh well... these things happen :)

2/ Sierra - She's a very important and special part of my life and becomes more so with each day that goes by. long distance relationships are difficult, but if both want it to work, then you find ways to make it work. I've found a few, and I'm seeking to find more ways. It's doable and I'm finding the will.

3/ Work - Big developments here... in that I am looking at starting up my own business franchise, retailing healthcare products. Those of you who read this on a regular basis know how touchy my diet is. Well, this line might well help stabilise it further, aka WOOT! I've even got a meeting with HSBC on Thursday to discuss the setting up of a business account (they are offering a free setup at present. It's the only reason I'm considering it!)

4/ Family - Politics never goes away and when laden with pain... yeah. it's harsh. My aunt is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, it's wiping her out quite badly. *Fingers crossed* I pray it goes well.

5/ Friends - I MISS YOU GUYS! I'm looking forwards to October when Sierra and I will be in NZ for about 10 days... and yes, NAAMA is on the cards for those curious.

Anyhoo, there's more in the review, but those were the key bits. Oh... one last thing

SNOW! IN JANUARY! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

And now, Fruitbat away to work!

*hugs to all*
