...So from the reply I got from ATi's support@ati.com, it seems ATi DID get my video card (as I knew they did, because UPS tracking told me they did way back on the 24th of August) but have not yet processed it.

I THINK its been past 10 business days. Is my video card a special case? Hardly...unless they took it to a lab to study it because it was so freaking strange in the errors it caused. But I still think they should have sent me back something to tide me over. I'm quite irritated. I think I deserve something better then an automatic reply, so I sent them another email asking for some sort of actual update; not just an auto-generated response.

I guess I should call, though I seem to recall that the ATi customer service hotline for the U.S. costs money. But it may be all I can do.

Ah well.
