So this weekend say me working on Saturday-which was an easy easy $55. Also, I added Vivaldi Amuro and this laura chick to my LJ. W00 I rock XD
On Sunday Holly and I drove way up to the SeaTac mall area to go to Wal-Mart, since it hates Unions and thus Tacoma hates it. In case you didn't know, Holly's dad was a manager for a Wal-Mart in San Antonio for like, the better part of her life. So she is a big Wal-Mart fangirl =P As for me, whenever I'm in a Wal-Mart, Target, etc. etc., the consumerism almost floods my senses, and I oftentimes feel stagnated.
But who am I kidding? I bought stuff-spent like $20 on CD organizers =P And now my PC games are in one 48 CD folder and my audio CDs are in another 200 CD folder which is only like 25% full...but I currently have "Operation Bemani CD copy project" underway-working on the Gitadora! series right now =D
Bought Kosaka Riyu's "First CD" last night from play-asia. Never ordered from there before (I'm trying to give each online store a little chance here and there) so we'll see what happens. It doesn't ship til like....the 15th, since the CD is not even released til then. But I mainly bought it cuz it had "Begin" on it and OHWUIRHIURHQSDWEWH#@*(EY# its Riyu after all ^_^;;;
Looking at the GuitarFreaks11th/Drummania10th CD. Its 2 CDs...which is startling. Of course, no website selling it has an accurate description of what contents it will hold. But if its 2 CDs...maybe we'll get some LONG VERSIONS of songs, which I have missed dearly over the past two releases =/ I'm rooting for a long version of TimePiece Phase II, if Konami and Sasaki Hirofumi love me. Though technically that was a GF10/DM9 song but...technicalities technicalities! So, yeah, I'll have to keep my eye on that one.
So back to Sunday. I bought Cima: The Enemy from Toys R' Us, cuz I desperately wanted a new GBA game to play since I've pretty much beaten all of Mario vs. Donkey Kong already. Also bought a nice Game Boy Advance carrying case, since I don't want to lose anymore game (noooo, my Final Fantasy Tactics Advance! ;_; I shall miss thee, Clan SexyHolly<3 .)
Pete helped me build the desk Holly bought. Its an odd desk-using wood screws for metal and random hole-filled parts for nothing in particular. THe top seems sturdier them the bottom and the whole thing wobbles. But I suppose its a good 2-year or so piece of equipment. Was kinda annoying to set up, but not overly so. Things worked out okay, I'd say.
Samara wasn't feeling peachy (she got back from Albuquerque yesterday, yay!) so we didn't have the meat Holly had been marinating. So tonight @ like 8:30 we'll be having it, I hope I hope I hope.
Man, its 9:30 already!? Wow, I wasted 1 and a 1/2 hours just sitting here typing this and thinking. Work? What work?
