Sorry, I'll have to edit and make it clearer--they're adults, which is kind of part of the joke. If they were still wee, I'm sure that John wouldn't dump them on Jim, he'd take care of them himself.

Yeah, best to have them sick at the same time--my brother and I chickenpox consecutively, so our parents had about a month of chickenpox all told. Eek!

I've edited some, and added a last line to torture Sam some more. I'm glad that made it better and not worse.

Because I was thinking, when did the boys stick around in one place? Maybe they dodged chickenpox in every city!

I remember when my first "pock" showed up. *laughs* I was about nine and the whole family had gone out for Chinese food (we were poor--it was a big deal). :-) I looked down on my hip and saw this big boil-looking thing. I showed it to my mom, and she dragged everyone right out of the booth and back to the car. I was all, "Mom! Can't we order first?!" "NO." Dude, I had them everywhere. LOL

Thanks, I'm so glad you enjoyed the fic! I remember having a bunch of pox on my arms and trying to count them. Of course, I couldn't count much past 10, so that put a crimp in that...
