Project "Be kind to the voting delegates"
Here's a Nationals project I'm hoping I can get your help brainstorming on...
Everyone knows that being a voting delegate can be pretty tough -- sitting at your seat through long days, short hurried meals, trying to stay focused as the session goes on and on and doing your best to follow along and do what's best for the fraternity...
I'm charged with brainstorming ways we can be kinder to our VDs without sacrificing the time they'll need to get through the legislative session. Comment with your ideas!
Edit: I should probably note we're talking about 500 people and a limited budget, so I'm especially interested in ideas that scale well to that many people. (But feel free to write about your pipe dream that involves massaging armchairs and a frappuchino for every voting delegate ;)
Edit again: Yep, this really is for all 500ish voting delegates -- this is on a national level, not section/region level support.
