Well. The last week has gone by in a blissful whirlwind of wedding plans. I still can't quite believe that I'm marrying my very own Mr. Wonderful, who takes care of me at the full moon and brings me picnic lunches with flowers. He makes me want to swoon.

P.S. Sev, love, have you looked at the invitation samples yet?

Oh, you would think so, you Gryffindor. Something like this makes much more of a statement.

Good. Over the holiday break, then? I'm already yours, you realise.

Yes, it makes a statement, if the statement happens to be 'Look at me, look at me, I'm a Slytherin!'.

I like these ones - the roses look like something you would bring me as a gift.

The holiday break, yes. We'll have to have it before the 26th, though, as there's a full moon. I realise that you are mine already, but I do look forward to having it officialised.

The roses are nice, but wouldn't you rather have something more wintery?

Winter Solstice is the 21st, so perhaps 22 December? I find that I am fond of the 22nd, for some reason.

Oh, Sev, look at this gorgeous one. It simply screams class.

Yes, the 22nd is a very good date, love.

That is nice, but are you certain you wouldn't prefer something with a bit more colour?

Speaking of which, what about a colour scheme for the wedding?

I'm too old for colour. I like shiny. Pleeeease?

As for the wedding's colour scheme, I was thinking perhaps red/green. Not only would it be proud representation of both our houses, but it would be appropriate for the seasonal festivities as well.

Then I suppose this one is out of the question?

Red and green would be perfect.

If you choose wedding invitations like that, I shall get us rings like this.

Those are rather...colourful. I believe they would call for a livlier sort of invitation.

You wouldn't, would you? You know I liked that other ring set.

Stop showing me hideous invitations like that, or I shall be very tempted to make good on my threat.

Other ring set? You mean these?

Yes. Don't you think the gold and silver are perfectly 'us'?

What about these? They remind me of Tahiti.

Gold and silver! Yes! Like my invitations!

But these are shiny...

No. Those look like condom wrappers.

We could have our portrait done and get something like this...

We are not getting married in a bubble. No.
