My head hurts...
This weekend I finished one of the most exciting and gratifying experiences of my life. Definitely in the top 5. Rocky Horror Show was the show to end all shows. Everyone in the cast touched my heart in one way or another. I am so grateful for all the memories and new friends I have made. That is the best things that I am taking from this show, Lara, Joel, and Christina, just awesome people. After I left Lara and I left the stage in our final scene Saturday night, it was so hard to sing the chorus behind the curtain. Joel and I both struggled through Science Fiction Reprise and then, God, the curtain call. It was the most bittersweet moment.
Last night was the most awesome Halloween ever, no kidding. I met up with about half the cast of the show at the Theatre around 6:30 and we went Trick or Treating, for me it was the first time in years. We had so much fun running door to door, "Halloween Caroling" that is, singing songs from the show. Then we went to Ronny's house and sang Science Fiction Double Feature outside his door. I'd never seen such a delighted look on a man's face. He invited us in for a few minutes and then we left for Beef O'Brady's and BEER! To finish the night we played Ouija back at the theatre, singing Hedwig songs and the like, my voice is non existent, but it put a great end to a great night.
