So, DragonCon 2009 was awesomely fun. I feel bad that I didn't write about it, but my photos make for enough fond memories.
So my friend and I are going back this year. And ahah, James Marsters is making a reappearance. I saw him last year, and just felt impassive. I had nothing to say to him, or to most of the stars I had hoped to see. Though Claudia Black did smile at me. She is tiny!
I did gush and blather at David Mack, however. And he gave me signed free stuff! *sigh* I'd be in love, but it would never work out. ;)
I really hope some Mystery Science Theatre 3000 cast comes back. And Nathan Fillion: we have a few things in common, such as Edmonton, Robert B. Parker, and... um, that's about all that I know of. I'd also love to see anyone from Mythbusters there. I want to poke them in the shoulder. I bet Kari's smaller than even Claudia Black. :P
As for costumes? After my boss asked me with an apprehensive look, "You're not going to get dressed up, are you?" that means I totally have to get dressed. Perhaps Susan Sto Helit from Hogfather, or Manos from Manos: the Hands of Fate (declared the worst movie ever), or again, as Kari when she did the Tin Man. I think the last one gets the most favour. :P
