fuckin yasss
I'm so damn tired. If you wanna know why, read behind the cut...
As some of you guys know, my mate dawn and i were going to download cause dawns dad can get free passes. I didnt think dawn was being serious cause she told me she'd ring me but it got to tuesday night and i still hadn't got a call. But on wednesday morning my phone rang at 7:30am!! It was dawn saying,
"Right a got the passes, come to mine at 2 and we'll head into town"
At this point, i was at my dads in j'hill. I had to get the train into town, walk up to the bus stop, get the bus (which took fuckin an hour n a half!) then walk to mine...i was pure knackered by the time i got back n was rushing all over the joint trying to get ready. I had a little money but my mum was in a good mood n gave me extra money for munchies n whatnot...
Anyway we got there and HIM were just finishing thank god...we sat on the grass and watched slipknot and korn which was pretty fuckin funny, mind you i was pretty tipsy by then. They really are shite. Korn on the other hand were pretty good, im not exactly a fan but il give them that! Metallica fuckin blew me away, by the time they got on it was dark but everyone was all still hyper. They were the most amazing band to see live, the guitarist was fantastic as were the rest of them. I wasnt really a fan before and its not the type of music i could listen to everyday but i really enjoyed their show. Then Nothing Else Matters was played and it was seriously one of those moments that sends chills up your spine.
Lee went to try and buy hash off this guy that was rollin a joint in front of us. He said he didnt have enough to sell but he would GIVE us whatever he had left after he'd rolled his. We ended up with a joints free hash between me and lee so we sparked up and suddenly the booze that id had a little earlier hit me and i was quite jolly lol
It all finished about 10:45pm and we all headed home in Manish's new mini (which is stunnin inside by the way). We dropped by Nicos on the way home n got some food then the guys dropped me off. I went to bed pretty early cause i had to go into school for induction the next day grrr
I got up the next day, went to school, sat through four hours of mr deacon talkin shite then went and got changed at dawns. Manish picked us up about half 3 and we headed into town. It was soooo squished in there! we somehow managed to fit 6 people in a mini. When we got there Machine head were in the middle of their set so we chilled on the grass cause frankly they are pish. Then the distillers came on n i was like woooooow brody has fuckin blonde/gingery hair...we went down the pit and i think i nearly died lol I was well fuckin annoyed though cause these pricks were shoutin things like "rehab!!" n "ya fuckin whore" at her grrrr i would like to see them get up on the stage n do what they do! She said hey to me when we went around the side of the stage!!! ok, so not that big a deal but i was still only like a few feet away from her. Iggy pop was shite. Lost prophets were suprisingly good live and so damn hot. Then linkin park came on n they were alrite i guess.
i went into school today, first day in 5th year and it was boring as fuck..we just sat about all day filling in forms and the front of jotters...I'm not doing anything tonite cause im so tired, going out tomorrow night though!
