Help my parents

So my dad has been in the hospital the past 2 weeks; he had his gallbladder removed but then there were other complications. Now he can't hold any food down and they don't know why. I love my dad and can't imagine the world without him. My mom and dad have been married 34 years and their anniversary was the day after his initial surgery.
