From morning of December 5th, 2010
In this dream I don't remember exactly what led up to this, but I know there was this handsome brown haired guy with a little color to his skin who was choosing between me and this blond girl who looked like a model but had a terrible heart. He had his best friend with him, someone who looked like Brent Reid, to help support him in his decision. He got down on his knee in front of both of us and began asking us questions. I remember I remained silent and couldn't look him in the eyes. I just nodded when necessary while the blond blabbered her answers confidently. And then there was a ring in his hand, an engagement and wedding band separate but he held them together. The middle stone was a rectangular cut Amethyst with diamonds on the sides in white gold. And he took my right hand and placed it in my palm and smiled at me. I closed my hand and immediately jumped up to hug him, knowing in my heart that he truly chose me of his own desire and wouldn't take it back. I couldn't stop hugging him. He was warm and solid and held me tightly back. When I stepped back I tried to put the ring on my right hand, but it didn't fit. He took the rings from me and placed them on my left hand where they were a mostly perfect fit since they weren't the same size as he had got them in separate bargain finds. I could have cared less. I told him I felt like Esther.
Then the rest of the dream was weird. We went to a store front in a questionable place of town. It was like an open market but also had high end stores. At one of the dress shops they were doing either a photo shoot or a fashion show and needed women to wear their dresses. I had been separated from my fiance and was looking at a skirt from the shop when the organizer of this fashion show pulled me away claiming I was one of the models needed. Halfway to the store I either had deja vu where I knew if I went with her the store that owned the skirt would come after me, call me a thief and have me arrested but that my fiance would make them pull surveillance tape of the store to show I was pulled way against my will and the skirt just happened to be in my hands, proving me innocent. SO to prevent any of that even needing to happen, I told the person pulling me away I had to go back to the store and return the dress. But when I returned the dress, the chain of events that was supposed to happen changed. I don't know if I saw my fiance on the street next to a car or what led me to the street, I just remember seeing him in the car confessing of his past sins as a thief and how he had changed his life around--a confession to God more than meaning for anyone to hear him. But up pulls a car full of people, his past buddies and a girl, asking him to go do a 'job' with them. I walk past them, not wanting to influence my fiance's decision, to see where his heart really lay. As I walk along the side walk there is a short 3 ft wall in front of the building, possibly an inner city church, and there are people sitting on the wall who point back to the street behind me and tell ME that they cannot park there. When I turn around, the group's car was no longer just a car but a cart was being pulled behind it that was like a jewelry and knick-knack shop. I then see the sign on a pole that indicated this was not a parking area. So I politely go back to them and show them the sign and suggest they move to a near by appropriate spot within eye sight of us. The girl is rather rude to me about it and of course the cart didn't get moved. Then one of the bigger guys, about a foot taller than me, started walking towards the crowd on the all, asking them if they had change for a $20. I told them I did and pulled out my money. At first he seemed cordial about the exchange when I gave him four $5s, but then he tried to take the rest of my money. When I wouldn't let him I heard a shot ring out.
I honestly don't know who was shot, but I got the impression it was me because I remembered how I wish I hadn't have returned the skirt and just let the original path of my fate play itself out because in that one, at least no one got hurt.
