I gave in to the hype and saw Avatar today. I thought it would be all special effects and not much story. I was very wrong. YES, the plot has been used before, but it pulled the audience in to caring. There were people who shouted from their seats at the moemnet the hero might go down for good, there were people who clapped when the good guys were winning. And then there was me; I cried, I laughed, and it made me really really hate the selfishness and ugliness of humanity. Why do humans see the worst of themselves yet they never change?
