Installation blues
I hate microsoft installs soooo complicated. *wails* I only need to install one program from a suite of programs for my sister. We had four or five programs from the same suite installed already previously before a hard drive crash in which all the drive letters have been bollixed up. The answer "Abandon all ye hope, who have installed this particular suite." There is no way I've found to install it.
