Buon San Valentino
I'm going out with La Valigia Nera tonight for Valentine's Day. I know, we're losers. Steph's a cool person though, I'm really glad I got to know her this/last semester. And, better to go out with her than sit at home alone on Valentine's Day.
In other news, Britt might actually move out of the apartment if she and Meg don't/can't work things out. I dont know if thats a good idea or not, but we're all adults (or at least capable of acting like one), and I'm not going to try and fix something I'm not even a part of - things just get messy that way. So, I'm washing my hands of this ordeal, and whatever happens happens. At least I've got my lovely Pita Bread. I need to start focusing on class and studying and the likes. I skipped Comm 3541 yesterday, which was not good because I missed a quiz AND notes, and she took attendance. Oh well.
I've finally got a Tandem partner - Iris Reale... we're meeting tomorrow at Bordertown. I'm so excited! She's Italian, from Torino, and we can (hopefully) help eachother learn to speak our respective languages. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it. AP met her partner, Mattia, and she says he's really cool. Hopefully we can all hang out and become good friends.
I watched Amarcord, Malena, and Pasqualino Settebellezze this weekend. Settebellezze was super disturbing, and I dont think I got the whole point of the movie. But Malena was great (Monica Bellucci is absolutely gorgeous) and Amarcord was a really beautiful movie, I hope thats the Italy I experience...
