On Employment Changes
So, I'm starting a new job next week. It occurred to me today that one of the most awkward aspects of starting a new job is the day you meet your hottest coworker. Its awkward because you're initially so taken aback by the experience that you tend to speak poorly, stammer, and look foolish. I remember when that happened to me at my current job. I had a meeting with my hottest coworker and it was all I could do for the hour to look her in the eye. I wanted to look her in the eye, but I didn't want to come across as someone who stares either. So, it was odd. Anyways, it gets easier with time. Its just that first time....
