"Ladies and Gentlemen, Chris Brander!"

So, today was a nice, eventful day. First day of my diet and exercise routine. Started this morning with a 30 minute ride, then some plain ole' oatmeal. Good start. Did my co-op scholarship essay and the Roseville Scholarship, finished my taxes, and then went to IHOP with the Cool Kids of Roseville. IHOP was awesome, minus the server spilling water all over the table. That was the suckage for everyone save Ryan and I. Good pancakes, good food. Was going to go thrifting but got a call that my cousin needed a ride from the jail. Went out there, turned out he didn't need a ride, and the Camaro broke down. Had it towed to my shop and fixed it there. Drove an awesome dodge pickup to get parts, which made another turn in the day. That was a nice trip. Got some stuff. Car was fixed, I was surprised at how good my oil pressure is for 150,000 miles. Ate dinner, three pork chops and noodles. They were real good. Delivered a present. Saw a real bad accident on 14 mile where a car was like 40 feet off the road and through a building. Kinda messed up. Went to see Just Friends. Didn't learn much, it's a heart-wrencher though. Funny as hell, too. If hell is a funny thing. Came home. Worked out, this time for 40 minutes and with greater intensity, and then took an ice cold shower. I swear, that is the greatest feeling in the world after a good workout. You can feel all of your muscles tense and relax what seems simultaneously, and you want to withdraw your ilmbs from the freezing cold water but there is also a paradoxical pulling into the cold. And afterwards is just bliss. And it's 1:34, work in little over 5 hours. Good night, everyone. Thanks to everyone who made the day a good one.
