Fill out the comment cards when you stay at a hotel. The manager for the Warwick hotel in Seattle wrote me a letter that I received today. It addressed every issue that I brought up in the comment card and he apologized for everything. He also gave me 50% off for my next stay there... which is nice because I am going back soon. I thought that it was very professional to address my concerns... and yes... a bribe to stay there again did work.
