It's been a pretty doldrum day. I went to work and now I'm sitting in my Astronomy class, and afterwards I get to stay on campus all day until I'm due to meet up with my English group. *le sigh*. Oh well, at least I can watch lots of Youtube.
Speaking of which. The Abridged Movie was probably far more entertaining than the actual movie. I mean it had some good parts. I just wanted more. You spent the whole movie building up to something, and then the climax sort of fizzled. On the abridged when they compared it to bad fanfiction that cracked me up. Actually, the abridged is generally golden everytime. Pegasus calling Mokuba an ingrate was pretty great on the actual movie though, it couldn't quite compare to just 'Shut-up Mokuba' even though it made me lol. This show has great intelligent insults, or at least there were some pretty good ones during Duelist Kingdom. I can't remember about the rest. Though I've started watching Season 2 on Youtube, yeah for Battle City. I had almost forgotten what a delightful villain Marik was. I'm on the episode where Yugi (well Atem really I suppose) faces off against another Dark Magician. (The red one that I thought was sort of strange looking.) I'm fairly sure its not the duel where he gets Slifer, but I can't really remember. I was also trying to think of what Season 3 was. Well technically 4, because Season 1 was The Shadow Games one, but oh well, anyway.
Season 1: Duelist Kingdom, Season 2: Battle City, Season 4: Darts/Atlantis/Weirdness, Season 5: The End *tear*.
I was thinking it was Season 3 when they get trapped in another virtual world via Kaiba's fired CEO's and his freaky father, but I can't remember. Then Capsule Monsters was like Season 4 and 1/2.
Anyway my brain has seriously latched onto the fanfiction idea. I've got the beginning totally worked out. Now I just need some reasoning/plotness for the rest of it. I've got some of it. I just need like over-arching plot point, and I can't decide. There is so much to work with when it comes to Egypt afterall.
