Well, Ruth joined me last night to go back up to keep an eye on mum, and we all had an ambulance-free night. She was feeling much better and laughing and joking and not really choking much more than normal and stuff. It was good. My sister makes her laugh. It is awesome.
So we have declared her probably much better and have gone home. Glad to put the drama llama icon away for a bit.
Back again on Wednesday for her family reunion/neurologist appointment. It will be nice to see the aunt and uncle and spend a bit of time together, even under the circumstances. And then we'll have more information about futureness... nerve-wracking but well overdue.
Looking forward to being a happy chicken tonight. I will be shamefully drunk.
