WOW I suck.

Again I have delayed for as long as possible to update in here. A lot has been going on, and my computer stopped working for the longest time... but here I am!

WOOO Jon has been my boyfriend since July 20th! Hehehehee. I am so happy, he is my first boyfriend! I don’t know what took me so long to get a boyfriend, people usually have their first in 2nd grade or something like that. I used to chase the boys I liked around the playground and push them over. Wonder why they didn’t like me... . I am happy I had waited though, because Jon seems to fit in exactly with my life. We have soooo much in common, and nothing is ever boring with him. He can even stand classical music! OMG he is a keeper! hehe. Our one month anniversary (haha wtf) is the day before he leaves for college.....  ..... how sad..... ..... I am going to be pretty depressed when he goes, but i will survive. As much as I hate to say it, it is going to be a good thing that he is leaving because I will not have any distractions during the school year when I will have a billion things going on, and he is also very busy so it works out. A boyfriend takes a large chunk of time away from you, and I just can’t afford something like that this year.

Ahhh I had just visited Oberlin College of Arts and Sciences this past Wednesday with Chris and Zach. No other word could describe this place... LOVE. I want to go to this school soooooooooooooooooooo bad that is unbelievable. They have a Conservatory of Music located in the middle of the campus, which I would love to study music there. Then they also have a strong science department with extremely advanced technology for Biology, Chemistry, and PHYSICS. And then one of the main purposes of Oberlin is to make it easy for students to Double Major. HOW PERFECT. How unbelievably perfect. And the campus is not too big like U of M, a nice small college not located in the middle of a city. I wouldn’t be able to stand U of M, now that I think about it. Oberlin is essentially located in the middle of the cornfields in Ohio hahaha. It is only about 3 hours away from home, which is not bad at all. I just hope I am good enough to be accepted into both programs, for Music and Science.

Humm what has been happening around the house?? Well since my brother screwed our computer up so bad that it couldn’t even function anymore, Jon had to come over and fix some things. It can actually work now, but he is going to get all the extra viruses off by reformatting (or something) the whole computer. Aww he is so smart. Anyways, we have repainted our house this crème color, and reroofed our house with brown shingles. It looks very nice! (oh yes viiirry nice). I give my seal of approval. My mom has been working late all the time, and I miss her because I never see her! . We don’t fight as much, which is the only good thing coming out of that. I hate her work… they are always saying “Karen help us do that, or we need to get this done”. So my mom is all cranky, and it sucks. She needs and deserves a better job. She is too smart for just sitting in a computer cubical. RAA. GRRR employers.

Speaking of grrr-ing and employers, my mom and dad have been not exactly nagging me, but telling me to get a job. So I was like… okay. I applied at this deli restaurant place in West Bloomfield where Chris just got hired. I figured, hey, why not try there. I turned in an application. The next couple of days I just waited for a phone call, and Mark Sherman called, saying he would like to set up an interview. Okay that is awesome. He is the manager of one of the sister companies that I turned in my application to. The restaurant is called “Milk and Honey”, and it is located inside the Jewish Community Center. This means they abide by the Jewish kosher laws, and the Jewish Sabbath starts Friday at sundown all the way through Saturday. They don’t believe in working during that time, so guess what… I don’t have to work Fridays and Saturdays! WOO. The perfect time you wouldn’t want to work. They are this nice, fancy, sit down restaurant and I will be a hostess. Cool eh? My starting pay is $7.50 an hour, which is sooo good. All I have to do is smile and show people their tables! I have to work all day Sunday and just two weeknights! Okay enough about that. So I had the interview yesterday and it was extremely easy. They even gave me a glass of water and it was really comfortable. I just told them I have never worked in the restaurant business, and know nothing about Jewish customs, and he gave me the job. Wow I was lucky. So woo.

I think I am done now. SECRET CONSPIRACY time has been postponed recently, but will begin action ASAP.
