ewww...some people piss me off.
anyway the show was soooooooooo good. i went with erin and her friend lindse/ay at the buttcrack of dawn but it was definitely ok. erin is super cool and way nice! lindse/ay was cute and giggly haha. erin's friend billy hung out for a bit. he was a cool mini-davey haha. and there were these two other girls, but i never got their names. they were funny too though. one of them got there at 4 am!! so yeah...the breakdown (so long cut tag!)
before the show:
waited for a while. went to the cafe. it was closed. waited some more. went back when it opened and got a bagel. waited some more. we all took fritch down to the cafe to get coffee and when he goes to pay hes like *i dont have any money...oops* so billy and erin paid for his coffee haha. honestly, whats the band paying him if he cant even afford a cup of coffee?? and he didnt really know where he was. he basically was told rimac arena and cox arena were the same place so i straightened him out there. then we went back and waited. went on a walk and found their tour bus. talked about all the stupid jade rumors and eventually confirmed they were all bullshit. went back and waited. went back to the cafe to get more food, i got pizza, yummy. made a few trips out to the car and then waited some more. i called felix a couple more times and couldnt get through to him, so i hoped he would just show up. he didnt. then this guy comes by wanting to buy a ticket so i sold him my other one. and i was a good girl and only charged 25 for it. and FINALLY after...about 13 hours of waiting they let us in.

they were actually pretty good live. they sounded better. despite the fact that the singer *sorry, dont know names, well i do after hearing that mark guy shouting it over and over, but im not even gonna attempt spelling it* molested my face, shoved his microphone in my eyeball, stepped on my (and erins) arms, and kicked my chest, not to mention got tons of sweat and spit on me. it was pretty good.

VERY good. wow. although there were some fuckers in the crowd who kept throwing shit at them, like money, shoes, water bottles, popcorn, soda...lameasses. but the guys in the band handled it really well. made it very fun haha. and i totally had a moment with cody. bahahaha. not really though.
and last but definitely not least AFI!:
i dont even know how to describe this. it was by far the best hour or so of my life. before they came on i was in so much pain, my body was being folded in half sideways, i was fighting with people next to me...it was awful, and i hurt. and then when AFI came on, i forgot about everything, people barely annoyed me at all, didnt hurt too much. they were amazing. so much power and emotion. and as hard as i tried to avoid it, i got all teary during morningstar. but i didnt bawl my eyes out like i expected haha. and all the songs they played were on my perfect setlist, except for no poetic device. although i really would have liked for the last kiss to have been played, but i was very pleased with what they chose. AND THERE WAS A TOTAL JAVEY MOMENT!!! soooo hot. but i was mad because i had just taken a picture of adam, and while davey and jade were all but kissing, my flash had to recharge. and by the time it was done they had gone their separate ways. sucky. but erin got a really cool picture of it. i took 2 rolls of film and i doubt i got a single good shot. and i totally could have taken 5 more rolls. damn me and my oldfasioned camera! i need a digital one. but yeah....i wish i could do it all over again *although preferably skipping all the waiting*
after the show:
got some merch (afi hoodie, tour shirt, sticker pack, black on black pin set, wished i woulda gotten 3 or 4 more shirts) lost erin and lindsey cuz i think they went to the other merch tables. found them, stopped by the gas station to get some refreshments *yay for sobe!* then came home. we didnt wait around to meet them which is probably good cuz we probably would have had to wait forever and even then its no guarantee we would have met them. and i so desperately need sleep. im just updating this thing cuz i knew id forget everything by tomorrow, and i didnt realize it would be that long.
anyway that was my wonderful show and i owe erin my life for taking me. cuz if she wouldnt have offered a ride, i dont think i would have been able to go. yay for super sweet people!!! ok, goodnight.
