L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and l-Lysine: one month update
I started using L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine on 25 February. I paid ~$62 including shipping for 1 kilo. I finished up the first half kilo yesterday. So the cost is ~$31 per month, or $1/day.
So far, only one negative quirkiness. I like mixing up 2 or 3 days supply at one. When I used ACV in the solution, the mixture ferments over time. No idea of the ACV was eating my L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine or if the backwash from my mouth was causing the problem. So I switched to red wine vinegar with no live culture. That worked for a while. But as the Spring weather heats up my sleeping nook, the problem has returned.
No gross fermentation in my water bottle, just my L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine. So I cleaned out the bottle, then changed the cap so there would be far less chance of backwash from my mouth into the bottle, and I refrigerate the bottle during my wake cycle and am not needing any L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine.
The purple blotches on my feet and low legs comes and goes. Much better than it was several months ago, but not gone yet. Likewise edema of my lower legs and feet.
The healing process is going at a far more rapid rate. When packing up my work set-up late at nigh, I can stumble slightly, and recover my balance easily. No crashes to the flagstones, no bashed knees, palms, or elbows. No panic reactions.
I suspect my healing is the result of taking both L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine + Blockbuster AllClear but I have no way of proving it.
