l--Arginine Pyroglutamate and l-Lysine (further cogitations)

        Below is a post I just made to coconut oil list.  No responses yet.

==============================================

When Duncan pointed out to me that loss of bladder control could well be an outgrowth of l-Arginine Pyroglutamate and l-Lysine, I began to ponder the problem.  On the one had I sure do not want the added expense of adult diapers.  And in cold months I wear long johns, so the lumpy diaper under the thick long johns would be a real pain in the butt to put on and take off.  But I was loathe to stopping my daily L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine.

So I started experimenting.  I cut my daily dose of 4 heaping scoops of L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine to half that.  Last night I had far far less urinary leakage, and only needed to break sleep *once* in a nice long 9-1/2 hour snooze.

Also, I have been having very liquid bowel movements.  Last night, I went the full night with no need to take a dump.  And when I awoke, my bowl movement was much more firm.  Small floating fluffy peanuts.

One of the signs of oxalate dumping I learned on the trying low oxalates list is liquid stool.  The body can eliminate some of the oxalates in the blood by depositing them into the bowels, which comes out as a nasty smelling loose pudding.

I am guessing here, but it seems to me that L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine helps the body to eliminate oxalates from the blood, so when I cut my daily L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine intake, the oxalate dumping in my stool was also decreased.

I am aware that cutting back on L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine will slow down the healing process, but it seems, for now, going slowly may be the best course of action.

I began using L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine last Friday (2/24).  I now can say the healing process has speeded-up immensely.  What I am unable to ascertain is whether some of my other supplements are working synergistically with L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine.

My urine is now clear, not dark yellow.  Does this mean I am using more of the vitamins I ingest daily?          I have no idea.

Prior to this past week, it seemed to me that BlockBuster AllClear has been responsible for increases in my stability and balance.  Less pain when I bend over,  I have less need to stop and re-balance myself by touching one hand to a post or wall, several times per block when I am walking without my Walker.

Since I began L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine plus BlockBuster AllClear, I have noted a dramatic increase in my healing process.  I can now stand without the need of leaning on a post or wall.  I sway like tall grass in the wind.  My knees tends to lock.  I am working to allow my knees to relax.  No lower back pain when bending down to pick something off the street or floor. Fewer aches and pains when getting out of bed.
Last night was one of those days when I could permit myself to sleep as long as I wanted to.  I set my alarm for a 12 hr snooze.  Several months ago, I could sleep 18 or even 24 hours (minus toilet breaks).  Last night I slept a bit less than 10 hours.

When working in the kitchen, up until recently if I needed to hold things in both hands at once, I needed to press one leg against something stable like a wall or counter.  Now, I can just stand clear and sway a bit.

To be frank here, I am amazed at the progress in just a week.

BTW, I am using less and less ACV with my L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine.  It does not take much ACV to kill the taste of L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine.

Alobar

l-arginine pyroglutamate and l-lysine, thinking outside the box, 30 hour day, batteries, frequeny/urgency of urination, oxalate dumping, narcolepsy
