Alobar, yes, pressure on the kidneys is felt by about 1/3 of the people as the increased growth and repair also increases wastes that have to be removed. More water might help. It's transient. The kidneys also regenerate size and function on this therapy.

So maybe it is time for me to wear adult diapers for a while.  Sigh!  Makes me feel like I am in my 90s.
