Retrocalcaneal Bursitis and Oxalate Dumping

Jul 10, 2010 05:16

Sure seems to me that my left leg pains are indeed Retrocalcaneal bursitis, and are indeed related to oxalate dumping.

Tonight when I went to work, I saturated the area of my left sock surrounding the base of my Achilles tendon with Magnesium oil.   That allowed me to bathe that area in trans-dermal Magnesium for hours while I worked.  I experienced NO aches and pains from my inflamed bursa!

Base of my Achilles tendon felt sore, kinda like I had rubbed my heel raw and a burst blister was rubbing on my sock.

When I got back home, the base of my Achilles tendon had no abrasions from dried Magnesium irritations.   Foot felt fine when I took my Epsom Salt bath.

Absolutely no stabbing pains while at work.   I had not expected this rapid a healing.   Which re-emphasizes how useful trans-dermal Magnesium is for oxalates dumping from bursa.   Which makes me wonder how many people with bursitis problems are experiencing oxalate dumps, but do not know it.

When I go to bed tonight, I shall put on one sock which has the heel area saturated with Magnesium oil.   I intend to keep the area saturated in trans-dermal Magnesium for the next few days.

I love being my own lab rat!   Had I gone to a doctor, I would have been prescribed drugs, and the Doc would have no clue about oxalate dumping.   I saved money & time, and I actually learned more about the quirkinesses of my body.
