As someone said before, a hibiscus is a tropical flower. They tend to grow rather easily if in the right conditions.

Petunias are often bloom annually unless in warm subtropical climates.

hn. Plumeria is another tropical plant. Extremely difficult to grow outside of Mediterranean and tropical climates.
