Soooooo, yesterday was amazing. :]
When I met with Tejada, he told me my pregnancy hormone counts are down to fucking TWO!!, which is normal for the average person and 'considered' non-existant in the body!!! Hopefully that means that it's ALL GONE!!! I'm getting a CT scan done on Saturday to make sure there's nothing left in my lungs as well and to check my uterus for the hell of it. But he's really confident that it should be all gone. :] And I didn't have to go for my chemo today, either. He's waiting on the results of the CT scan and meeting with the Tumor Board on Tuesday to see what they should do. He said they'll probably continue chemo for a couple of weeks, which I knew anyway, but it'll hopefully only be a shot once a week of Methotrexate. Ah! I'm so excited! I can't wait 'til next Wednesday for these results, man. It's so amazing how quickly this is getting resolved. They originally said six months to a year AT LEAST for this treatment because it is SOSOSO high risk, and look at this. Six weeks later and they're pretty sure it's all gone. :]
