So I've been going on and off for about a month about losing weight and really restricting my diet. Now, I'm serious about it. Forget 300 calories a day, forget 200, I'm going for 0 calories a day. That way it's plain and simple and no room for temptation. I'm committing myself to exercising 600 calories a day which really feels like nothing. Anyone have any tips on the quickest way to lose weight? I'm over the 2 seconds of goodness and the 12 hours of badness eating food brings. I must control myself.
hahaha I had my friend join me, you know, it's good to have a support buddy. Well her plan was to do pilates 20 minutes a day, eat whatever she wanted for breakfast, and eat 1 egg for lunch and 1 egg for dinner. Um, we made this pact LAST NIGHT and by 9 pm tonight she had eaten a huge bowl of pasta with sauce and chicken along with a huge breakfast. I need someone who's serious, any one want to be a buddy? We'll motivate each other and I won't quit on you.
