Boy oh boy, these year-end fic lists; they're sure handy for reccing. 
sabinetzin put up her 2010 fic roundup. Damn, she's prolific, and so consistently great! In a number of fandoms, too. You can go straight to herSGA fic or tour through the whole variety: NCIS, House, DCU, Inception... so many more!
Meanwhile over at SGA Santa, a lovely new story just went up: Games People Play in the Pegasus Galaxy (McKay/Sheppard, PG). The title is literal, with each scene involving a different game. It's terrific and sweet and features a real "Oh John Sheppard!" coming out moment.

The story I received, A Fine Vintage, Ian M/Viggo, is a heartfelt romance; and since it's Viggo, of course, a photograph plays a major role.
Over Years, Billy/Ian M, a gracefully written elegiac story, mostly set ten years on. It's brief, but uncommonly moving.
