Another SGA BB rec: Mightier Still by meansgirl! It's an Earthbound superhero AU with a great lighthearted tone, plenty of humor and good characterization.
John's a super-powered, secretive loner who knows about just three other people with powers-- Dr. Beckett, John's former AF comrade Lorne, and annoying manipulator Lucius Lovin. After accidentally revealing his powers to Rodney, John keeps tabs on him and develops an interest in him. Meanwhile, Lucius reveals himself to be much more dangerous than John ever realized, and a new threat forces John to open up and accept some help.
Very fast-paced, fun story. I enjoyed it a lot!
